IOLC got renamed! Now our name is Independent Orthodox Lutheran Church. Since that, we are same IOLC but with more accent to orthodoxy of Lutheranism.

Our bishops decided to have presiding bishop who will be an archbishop. Archbishop will be elevated from a bishop before to be intronized for to manage whole church, and will keep the position for 1 year until next election.

For now we have 3 candidates who are able to become the first archbishop of the IOLC.

Next step is to translate our site to Russian and other languages. We are working on it for now.
