Recently, another bishop appeared in our church, who came to us from the ELC AC. This is Bishop Oleg Binyukov. We sincerely welcome him to our church and wish him a promising ministry in IELC!
Binyukov Oleg Viktorovich, was born on 10/31/1981. I was baptized in 1986. From 2001 to 2015 he served as a pastor. Ordained a presbyter with apostolic succession on March 15, 2015, and a bishop on May 18. From 2015 to the present, he has served as a bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church. Has three higher educations (two secular, one spiritual). In 2010 he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Theology. From 2010 to 2013 he was Vice-Rector of the K. Lukaris Seminary. He is the head of the Crimean branch of the Union of Christian Writers. He was vice-president of the Synod of the ELCs. Author of 15 books and 430 works and articles in the field of Christian Theology. A number of publications and books are used in the curriculum of several seminaries in the post-Soviet space and a secular university in Poland. Married, has three children.
